Have you ever had a craving for one of the worst desserts you could imagine? Yeah, I'm right there with you. I'm a huge sucker for some creamy ice cream... I grew up eating it practically every single night! But it's hard to find a good, easy dessert recipe that won't make you feel terrible. Or that you're just eating junk. Or one that satisfies your cravings. So I'm here to share with you today a simple paleo vanilla ice cream recipe that will not only satisfy your ice cream cravings, but will also give you some added nutrients! Can't beat that, now can you? Ah yes, although chocolate (in any shape or form) is by far my favorite ice cream flavor, the one I'm sharing with you is vanilla - mainly because it's the most versatile and still super rich and delicious. Plus, you can add anything you want to it!
So here is THE BEST paleo vanilla ice cream recipe. Oh my gosh... it's super tasty!
This recipe contain only natural, pure ingredients that will leave your body satisfied and not depleted.
Best Paleo Vanila Ice Cream [paleo, dairy-free]
What you'll need:
- Native Forest Organic Classic Coconut Milk
- Organic Maple Syrup
- Pastured, Organic Eggs
- Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
Note: If you are like me and own a 1.5 QT ice cream maker, then split the recipe in half... unfortunately the full recipe won't fit. Also, the original recipe calls for chocolate chips, but I opted against adding them in to make it smoother and more versatile. If you want chocolate chips, I think adding a Tbsp on top of your personal bowl would be just as good (: Or use this recipe to and make you own!
