Are you like me and just LOVE a good bowl of spaghetti? Oh. M. Gee. I could seriously eat it every day (as long as there's a hunk of meat in it)...! But because I don't love consuming processed noodles (occasionally I'll use rice noddles in a jiffy), I almost always make it with a good ole nutritious spaghetti squash - the paleo spaghetti way! No, it may not taste the same (though you seriously get used to it fast...!) or have the same texture as noodles BUT it is so much healthier for ya and you'll soon fall in love with your new guilt-free pasta (: I don't know if I've told you before, but I'm seriously no cook... I don't love cooking, and I like cleaning the used dishes even less. So this is another "prep it and forget it" recipe to make life easier. One of my go-to recipes.
When I first saw a recipe that combined bacon and apples, I was a bit skeptical. But I kept seeing more... Apparently, bacon and apples go well with just about any meat! So, I decided to try my own version of a recipe that combined bacon and apples along with some delicious pork tenderloin. And... I'm so glad I gave it a try!
