Inflammation. Inflammation is one of those things that gets tossed around by mainstream medicine -- as if it's not that big of a deal. I mean so many people suffer with it on a daily basis, it can't be that bad, right? What's common is normal? Umm no. Cause here's the thing... it IS a big deal.
