Want to know exactly what I keep stocked in my real food kitchen?  Well, here's a sneak peak just for you!  If you haven't already downloaded my Quick Guide to: Real Food, get it HERE!  There are more options in my quick guide than on this post - this post just gives you a little insight as to what I like to have on hand at (almost) all times in my kitchen.  Here you go!

(P.S. I get the majority of my pantry items from Thrive Market because they are SO much cheaper than your average grocery store for most items (plus, they have their own line which means even more savings!).  If you're looking to save some money while also feeding your body properly, I urge you to check out Thrive Market - you won't look back!)  Anyway, back to the good stuff (:

  • Shrimp
  • Pasture-raised eggs
  • 100% beef gelatin powder (I love this one by Great Lakes!)
